Hold your children tight,
Dont ever let them go.
Gone is the place you once called home.
Dreaming of the life you once lived,
Everything's just gone.
You no longer have that bond.
So you kneel down and pray to God,
Counting your blessings everyday.
Thanking him for the new place in which you lay.
It's been a few years,
Yet the memories have'nt gone away.
My family and I pray for you every single day.
So, you look around and see that there's nothing left.
The place you once called home is such a mess.
